Forms must be received at least 2 business days before the scheduled event you wish to attend. If this is not possible, you may reserve a space by phone 817 926-9499 and then bring the completed form with you to the event.
Phone Reservations must be made by noon on the Friday before the event. Walk-ins on the day of the event will be admitted on an "if space is available" basis only!
