One of the inspirational ways to volunteer is to put together a Care Bear Package for the Juvenile Justice Center. This is a truly touching program. Be sure to learn more about it on our Juvenile Justice Center page.

If you were wanting to volunteer in a more interactive way, helping with our special events or in a fundraising project is a great option. There is no minimum time line and we gladly welcome your involvement!

Those that wish to volunteer directly with NewDay programs or at the NewDay office are requested to make a commitment to volunteer no less than six months. Also a few of the programs will require background checks. Because of the unique nature of the population we serve, basically through referrals from the court system, it is important that volunteers undergo specialized training to work in each individual system.
